Artwork, route, and proof process

  1. Select the package and complete checkout.
  2. Use the EDDM route planner or send the target area to SticPrint.
  3. Upload your print-ready file or ask for artwork support.
  4. Review the digital proof, route counts, and postal details.
  5. Production begins only after design and route approval.

You stay in control: SticPrint will not print or purchase postage before the proof and route plan are approved.

Campaign timing

Production time: 2 business days after digital-proof approval. If you skip the proof, production begins after the artwork check.

Rush capability: printing and postal preparation may be available in as fast as 48 hours after design and route approval; confirm availability before ordering. Standard print work follows the published 7–10 business-day production window after approval.

USPS delivery: allow approximately 7–14 days after USPS receives the drop. EDDM does not provide an individual delivery scan for every household, and postal timing can vary by route.

Issue review

Custom printed and mailed campaigns generally cannot be returned. Contact SticPrint immediately if printed materials are defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated before postal handoff when possible. Read the full refund and issue policy.
