Artwork, list, and proof process
- Select the package and complete checkout.
- Watch for the secure artwork and list-transfer instructions.
- Upload your print-ready file or ask for artwork support.
- Choose the proof route and approve the mailing details.
- Production begins after approval, or after the artwork check when a digital proof is skipped.
SticPrint follows the proof preference on your order and will not purchase postage before campaign details are approved.
Campaign timing
Production and mailing preparation: 2 business days after proof and campaign approval. Postal delivery: allow approximately 7–14 days after USPS receives the mailing; timing varies by destination and postal processing.

Issue review
Custom printed and mailed campaigns generally cannot be returned. Contact SticPrint immediately if printed materials are defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated before postal handoff when possible. Read the full refund and issue policy.

Screens emit RGB light while print uses ink. Normal print variation can occur; a proof checks layout and content, not an exact device-to-print color match.
